Purely UV Warranty Information

What is covered

All parts defective in material and workmanship.

For how long

9,000 hours or one calendar year from purchase date, whichever occurs first.

What Purely Enterprises will do

Repair or replace any defective Purely UV lamp.

What you must do

Contact Purely Enterprises through customerservice@purelyuv.com or call us at (866) 324-2970, 9-5 Eastern, M-F for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and return procedures.

Upon issuing a RMA# you will be given a ship to address to return the lamp for repair or replacement. Once received by Purely Enterprises, we will repair or replace the lamp and return ship it to you.

Replacement Parts/Maintenance

Contact Purely Enterprises for replacement of any components. Replace the Purely UV lamp in your unit at least once every 12 months. If operating the unit in a dusty or smoky environment, periodically open the unit to ensure that the lamp is not coated. (Unplug unit before performing this or any other unit maintenance). Clean the lamp with a soft cloth with rubbing alcohol.

Other conditions

The provisions of this warranty are in lieu of any other written warranty, whether express or implied, written or oral, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The manufacturer’s maximum liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for the product. In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages. This warranty does not cover a defect that resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accident, improper packing, or unauthorized tampering, alteration, or modification as determined solely by Purely Enterprises, LLC.
