Purely Products has a 100% Happy Guarantee. If you are not 100% Happy with any Purely product, you may return it within 30 days - without any reason - for a full refund (minus shipping).

Return Procedure

Contact Purely Products by e-mail at customerservice@purelyuv.com or call us at toll free (866) 324-2970, 9am – 5pm EST, M-F for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and a ship to address.

Please clearly mark the outside of your package with your RMA#

Once the product is received by Purely Enterprises, we will issue you a refund. All RMA#s are valid for 30 days past the issue date. We must receive your return by the expiration date of the RMA#.
